Rosa Morada
San Pancho, Nayarit
Chain + Siman was responsible for the interior design of Rosa Morada, a boutique hotel with private villas overlooking the sea. The vacation architectural complex, designed by Manuel Cervantes Studio, is located on a private cliff by the beach and unfolds in a modular structure of pigmented concrete.
The architectural program of the duplex suites includes a social floor with kitchen, dining, and living areas connected to terraces facing the ocean, and a second floor with independent access that accommodates up to eight guests.
In the living areas, the furniture blends seamlessly with the architecture, while accents of dark wood and reddish textiles celebrate Mexican craftsmanship and enhance the sense of harmony with the surroundings.
Light, translucent curtains provide privacy without restricting natural ventilation. These complement the sliding door system that connects the interior with the terrace, allowing both spaces to function together or independently as needed. Polished concrete and teak wood furniture furnish the outdoor social areas, while linear-patterned textiles in reddish tones interact with walls and floors.
In the bedrooms, details in dark woods, natural fiber weaves, and a wide selection of cotton and linen textiles with traditional patterns ranging from earthy to tropical tones create a rich sensory experience.
Every detail was carefully considered to generate a sophisticated yet welcoming atmosphere, designed for contemplation, relaxation, and socializing. The result is a serene and elegant interior deeply connected to the Nayarit coastline.
