Since 2016, we have collaboratively developed residential, commercial, corporate, and hospitality projects, ranging from the macro design of masterplans to the micro design of specific projects, with particular attention to sustainability applied across all scales and typologies.

From an early age, Renatta’s sensitivity to design was influenced by her grandmother, the sculptor Charlotte Yazbek, whose work inspired her to explore the connection between visual arts, architecture, and design.
This legacy marks the beginning of her career, combining a deep aesthetic understanding with a functional approach in every project.
She began her professional career in Miami and, in 2003, founded RCH, her first firm focused on residential and hospitality projects. In 2016, she co-founded Chain + Siman with her now-partner, Lina Siman.
With an interdisciplinary vision, Renatta has built a career distinguished by her ability to develop projects that carefully balance functionality, aesthetics, and the unique characteristics of each environment.

Lina Siman
Creative Director
Lina studied Architecture at the Universidad Iberoamericana in Mexico City. Over time, she developed a personal interest in interior architecture, combining art and science to design, plan, and ensure the seamless coordination of every supplier involved, delivering projects on time and with precision.
In 2011, she joined the RCH team and quickly became a key member of the firm, which led her to partner with Renatta in 2016.
Her organized, perfectionist, and passionate personality ensures that each project meets the client’s needs both sensorially and functionally, with particular attention to detail, delivering warm, turnkey spaces.
