The project stems from the comprehensive remodeling of the Hotel Avándaro masterplan. The original design included 14 cabins, while the new proposal expands the complex to 81 suites, each featuring a fireplace, terrace, and direct views of the golf course. The intervention is based on the premise of creating a social space that prioritizes visual and physical connection with the natural surroundings.
The project involved remodeling the existing cabins and constructing new rooms, always respecting the original materials and aesthetic while incorporating contemporary elements that enhance the sense of luxury and comfort in relation to the landscape.
Classic materials, such as exposed beam ceilings and masonry walls, were combined with modern finishes that evoke warmth and sophistication. The suites are designed to accommodate a variety of guest needs, from individual travelers to families, offering layouts that include two bedrooms, a living room, and a kitchen—creating an experience akin to a full home within the hotel.
The living area is conceived as the heart of each suite: a warm and functional space where natural light, materials, and furniture integrate seamlessly to create a restful environment.
