Deli is a café and gourmet shop located within the Casa Club at Hotel Avándaro, designed as a cozy space that invites guests to enjoy a coffee or snack. It is situated at the main entrance of the complex, with access both from the street and the interior of the Casa Club.
The space is housed in a volume that protrudes from the main building, creating a patio with a terrace where tables and planters have been placed, forming a comfortable area that opens toward the landscape. Along with the perimeter windows, El Deli becomes a space where the interior visually connects with the surrounding natural environment.
The square-plan space features an L-shaped counter as its central element. Positioned in one corner, it serves as a display for food, beverages, and snacks while delineating the barista service area. Clad in light marble, it conveys a sense of elegance, order, and cleanliness.
Behind this, the work counter houses the coffee equipment, with a mid-height marble backsplash and decorative wrought-iron shelves. Modern materials contrast with traditional ones, while the perimeter windows blur the boundary between interior and exterior, allowing natural light, greenery
