This urban refuge within a city building was remodeled to meet the needs of its sole resident. The open layout, which integrates social and private areas, allows the apartment to flow naturally.

Open spaces are differentiated through materials and colors: the foyer, illuminated by a Barrisol ceiling, is framed by black walls with moldings and marble floors, while the social area features white walls with moldings and light wood floors.

From the main entrance, one accesses the kitchen directly, where a monumental granite “Eclipse” bar and hexagonal pendant lights take center stage. Two arches with locally crafted iron doors connect the kitchen to the living area, creating an open, continuous space that unites the living and dining areas.

The master bedroom features walls and carpeting in white tones that visually expand the space, contrasting with black carpentry and textiles. The walk-in closet, conceived as a personal showroom with a vintage touch, is illuminated by circular ceiling lights that highlight the semi-translucent bronze-colored closet doors.

Inspired by Parisian and New York styles, the project combines white and black tones with walnut and marble surfaces, while colorful accents in artwork and sculptural pieces add dynamism and visual richness. The result is a chic, sophisticated, and original apartment.
